Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information we collect through relote.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep this site deliberately simple, so there is not much to explain.
01Who we are
relote.com is operated by LTVplus LLC, doing business as Relote ("Relote", "we", "us", "our"). Relote is an AI enablement company: we build the Context Engine and Relote Cloud, and we help businesses run on shared, governed context.
Postal address: 1032 E Brandon Blvd #1003, Brandon, FL 33511, United States.
Contact: hello@relote.com.
For the personal information described in this notice, we are the data controller.
02What this notice covers
This notice covers this website, relote.com, only. Personal information reaches us here in two ways: when you email us, and when you book an assessment. On top of that, our host keeps standard technical logs, and our pages load web fonts. Each of these is described below.
This notice does not cover the Relote Cloud application at cloud.relote.com, which has its own terms and privacy notice, or a Context Engine or engagement we run for a client. In a client engagement, the client owns and hosts their own data, the client is the controller of the information inside it, and a separate written agreement governs that work.
03The information we collect
Information you give us
- If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write.
- If you book an assessment, you use a Google Calendar booking link. You enter details such as your name, email address, and any notes. Google collects those details on its own systems, under Google's privacy policy, and shares the booking with us so we can meet you.
Information collected automatically
- This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like almost every website, our host records standard technical logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This keeps the site available, secure, and diagnosable.
- We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels, and we set no cookies of our own.
Fonts
- Our pages use the Geist typeface, served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your IP address is shared with Google so it can deliver the fonts, under Google's privacy policy.
04Why we use it, and our legal bases
We use the information above to reply to you, to arrange and hold assessments and meetings, to run and secure this website, and to meet our legal obligations. Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests: to answer enquiries you send us, to arrange meetings you request, and to keep the site available and secure. Our interest is running a business and speaking with people who contact us, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: where you choose to contact us or book a meeting, and for any optional processing that needs it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not profile you.
05Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no cookies of its own. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, and there is no tracking across other websites, so there is no consent banner to click. Our host, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary measures to route traffic and protect the site from abuse; these are essential to delivering the page you asked for. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
06Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security, and technical logs.
- Google LLC: the assessment booking (Google Calendar) and the web fonts (Google Fonts).
- Our email provider: to receive and send email.
Each provider acts under its own terms and, where relevant, a data processing agreement. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights, safety, or property.
07International transfers
We are a United States business, and some of our providers, including Cloudflare and Google, process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum to them, or a provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
08How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep a reasonable business record, then we delete it. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our host for security and diagnostics. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
09How we protect it
We keep the site simple on purpose: the less we collect, the less there is to protect. We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights over your personal information:
- access a copy of it;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable form;
- withdraw a consent you have given;
- complain to a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email hello@relote.com. We will respond within one month. There is no fee, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.
11United States privacy rights
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, such as California, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your information. Email hello@relote.com and we will honour any right that applies to you. We treat a recognised opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, although we do neither.
12Children
This website and our products are meant for businesses and the people who work in them. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@relote.com and we will delete it.
13Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will make any significant change clear here.
